Sun drops

All this time
The Sun never says to the Earth,

‘You owe me.’

What happens
With a love like that,
It lights the whole sky.” ― Hafiz

My eyes on the sky

This warm sun on my every good morning is just the thing for reverie and contemplation. A tilt of my face up and it’s mine, all mine.

This day

Let’s not take for granted the sun’s daily rise. Each morning’s climb is something to celebrate.

The sun is life.

All about the sun

Love it all: the lawnmowers, the dogs yelping, the cyclists going by, the motorcycles, the windows open to all of it all the time.

The breezes.

We’ve had breezes all Spring and Summer. Keeping all windows open to capture them.

It’s all about beauty.

Surrounded by beauty

One year of Mays and Junes would be so very all right with me. These breezes, that sky, this sun.

Beauty is the answer to every last thing

The night sky is giving way to a quiet riot of pink, yellow and blue. In my imagination, I am jumping ahead to when the sun hits mid-sky and drops diamonds on all this beautiful snow.

Yes, it’s minus 12 degrees. And, it will be a most amazing day. I appreciate a winter that flexes its muscles.

Beauty is the answer to every last thing.

Today’s a gem

That sun is wrestling in, arranging the clouds, glinting in my windows and right onto my pretty wood floors. That’s what I love. The sun, bright as can be, taking over my day.
